Sabrina Hare is the Founder and CEO of Sahare Corp, a Digital Solutions Strategist, AI Consultant, and Agile Delivery Leader with nearly 26 years of experience in project management and technology delivery and 18 years of Agile experience. With much of her career rooted in software development and technology transformation, Sabrina has led complex initiatives across the federal government, state and local government, and commercial sectors.

Throughout her career, she has served in leadership and consulting roles including Project Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Agile Delivery Leader. Her expertise spans Agile frameworks, software delivery, project and program management, coaching, training, process improvement, and cross-functional technology leadership.

Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and holds professional credentials including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC 6.0).

Today, Sabrina brings her extensive experience to Sahare Corp, where she serves as a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to modernize how they work, deliver technology, and use emerging tools. She helps businesses transform ideas and operational challenges into thoughtfully designed websites, mobile applications, AI-powered business solutions, and practical technology strategies.

Her approach combines Agile leadership, structured delivery, practical AI, and clear communication to create solutions that address real business needs and produce sustainable results. Guided by transparency, consistency, and trust, Sabrina focuses on helping clients move from ideas to execution with greater clarity and confidence.
